What this policy covers
This policy applies to the DeepIntelli portal: account sign-in, the assistant chat workspace with its Choose, Visibility and Vowdo specialists, and the wallet. The Visibility product's own site and application keep their separate policy.
Account data
You sign in through DeepIntelli Central Accounts with a phone number, email address or unique username, verified by a code or password. Your profile (display name, picture), preferences (language, appearance, time zone) and wallet balance are stored to run your account.
Conversations
Your conversations and their messages are stored so you can return to them, and stay until you delete them. To produce replies, your messages are processed by the AI model providers configured for the service. Message text is hidden from our operations views by default; an authorized operator may review one conversation's text at a time only to improve service quality, and every such review is recorded in an access audit that cannot be altered.
Activity records
We record how accounts move through the portal as allowlisted events — page categories, sends, response outcomes and product task stages — to find friction and failures. These records never contain chat text, prompts, titles, raw URLs, IP addresses or device fingerprints; they are retained for 90 days and then deleted, and they exclude our own operators. Signed-out visits are counted only when a browser keeps our first-party activity cookie.
Buying country
When a buying task needs a market, the country announced by the delivery network may pre-select the default. It is a default only — always visible and changeable before any paid work starts — and it is never used for sign-in or permissions.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, we do not share buying briefs or procurement details with manufacturers without your explicit permission, and we do not use your conversations for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Deleting a chat removes its messages from your history. Activity records are deleted after 90 days. Access-audit entries — which operator reviewed which conversation, and when — are kept as the security record of those reviews.
