The service
The portal provides an assistant workspace with specialist products: Choose for buying research, Visibility for brand presence and Vowdo for workflow pilots. The workspace is in beta; features may change as it matures.
Your account
Some features need a Central Accounts sign-in. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, to probe or disrupt the service, to resell access, or to submit information you have no right to share.
Credits and payment
Paid work is settled in credits from your wallet. The credit price of a task is shown for your confirmation before the work starts. Payments are processed through the Central Accounts billing service.
AI output
Answers and research are generated by AI and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Prices and availability change — confirm important details with the seller before you buy. Our reports support your decision; the decision stays yours.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you submit. You allow us to store and process it to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability
We aim for a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during the beta.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version is posted on this page with its date.
